1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bat499 website accessible at bat499.onl, including all games, betting markets, payment interfaces, and related features.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered a valid Account on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a casino game, live table, sports event, or crash game via the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-cashable promotional credit granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures carried out by bat499 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which the Platform operates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register an Account on the bat499 Platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration; and (d) not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 bat499 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion. bat499 does not guarantee continuous availability of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of bat499 or any of its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.

2.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes. bat499 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.

3. Account Security & Access

3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. bat499 treats any login to your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

3.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party, use another Player's Account, or attempt to access any Account other than your own.

3.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bat499 support immediately at [email protected]. bat499 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

3.4 bat499 will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other means. Any communication purporting to be from bat499 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 bat499 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bat499 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's payment information page and may be updated periodically.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless bat499 specifically approves an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds.

4.4 Before processing any withdrawal, bat499 may require you to complete KYC verification, including submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. bat499 may also require proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4.5 bat499 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any hold on their Account.

4.6 bat499 is not responsible for delays in fund receipt caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 bat499 offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated on the promotion detail page.

5.3 bat499 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and met the qualifying conditions at the time of modification will not be adversely affected in relation to that specific promotion.

5.4 Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players must not attempt to claim bonuses using multiple Accounts, VPNs, shared devices, or other deceptive means. Such conduct will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and potential Account suspension.

5.5 bat499 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonus Funds if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus was claimed in error, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 All casino games available on the bat499 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, operate under the oversight of licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. bat499 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface. bat499 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

6.3 In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, bat499's records shall be the authoritative source for determining the outcome of affected wagers. bat499 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith.

6.4 Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a Wager is confirmed by the Platform, its odds are fixed for that Wager unless the bet is subject to specific in-play adjustment rules disclosed at the time of placement.

6.5 bat499 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed following a manifest error in the displayed odds. Voided wagers will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat499 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other technologies to misrepresent your location
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity
• Colluding with other players in casino games or exploiting software vulnerabilities
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract data from the Platform without authorisation
• Abusing any bonus, promotion, or referral programme through artificial wagering or fraudulent means
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat499 staff or other Players

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 bat499 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and is not intended as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

8.2 bat499 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

9.1 All content on the bat499 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of bat499 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from bat499.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 bat499 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2 bat499 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. bat499 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 bat499 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat499 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

11.2 bat499 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or error in the operation of the Platform; (c) any loss of data or winnings resulting from technical failure; or (d) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

11.3 bat499's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant event.

12. Amendments, Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 bat499 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.2 These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. bat499 operates as an offshore platform; players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.

12.3 Any dispute between a Player and bat499 arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to bat499's customer support team for resolution. bat499 will make reasonable and good-faith efforts to resolve all disputes promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration.

12.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
